Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from Caricatures Ireland!

This is a cartoon from Double Vision last year depicting the temporary truce between the British and German forces during World War I. It’s being used this year by an orchestra in the States and a choir in London for their Christmas concerts, which I am delighted about.

So a very Happy Christmas to you all, and I’ll be back in the New Year.

Stocking filler suggestions

Some of you (and indeed, me) will be running around this weekend looking for last minute gifts. I have two recommendations.

FOR THE KIDS:
Third-Pig-Detective-Agency-225x300
The Third Pig Detective Agency by Bob Burke.

I reviewed it here, and it’s available from bookshops. It’s a jolly good romp for the 8-12 age group.

FOR THE GROWN-UPS:
twitter_icon_cd3
Satire that will bite your arse it’s The Emergency: Use Democracy Sensibly, available from, as they say, all good record shops.
