Barry Kelly

I want to extend my condolences to the family and friends of Barry Kelly who died in a road traffic accident this weekend. Barry was the Mayoral Driver and I’ve met him several times in the course of my work. He was a lovely guy, very friendly and chatty and I’d good laughs with him whenever I met him. Rest in peace Barry.

    I worked with Barry a great colleague and most of all a friend he is sadly missed by all who knew him, he could light up anywhere he went.
