I’m Back!

l-r: Me, Tayo Fatunla and Frank Boyle

Had a great weekend in Tourcoing, I don’t think I’ve eaten as much in my life. I was one of the winners of the Crayon en Nord award as well as being a guest cartoonist. It was brilliant meeting so many other cartoonists as well. The overall winner was Haddad, which was well deserved in my opinion (at least I think he was the overall winner, it was all in French so I had to judge it from him being the first one called and the only one to take the podium!).
I’ll have a longer post up when I get time to edit and scan stuff. I’m too busy catching up with all the emails!

Off to France!

I’m an invite d’honneur at the Crayon en Nord 2008, the 7th Press Cartoon Festival in Tourcoing, near Lille. I’m travelling tomorrow and staying for the weekend.
Also joining me is Tayo Fatunla from England and Frank Boyle from Scotland. I’ve sent a piece over for the exhibition that’s been running since the start of October. The theme was “Censure”. You can see it below the fold.
