Myself and Mark Heng were flat out at the Boston Scientific Summer Barbeque on Saturday night in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Galway. Mark and I spent two days at Christmas drawing the Boston Scientific kids, so many of the mammys and daddys were queueing up to get the full set!

Weedle Launch, Dublin

Last week I was in Dublin for the launch of Weedle, a new platform for connecting skills with those who need them. I met some lovely people, and caught up with some people I’ve known for ages but never met in the flesh but have tickled my keyboard at. I’d love to have stayed and chatted longer with everyone but I’d an appointment with my uncle and aunt and a bottle of whiskey.

I’m entertaining at a corporate function in a few weeks and the client thought it would be fun to include some of the staff on the invitations, so I whipped these up today!

Here’s a couple of pics from a corporate Christmas party I was entertaining at in the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Enniskerry in December. The company is an American trading firm based in Dublin, and I was very generous, giving all kinds of tips to my sitters- buy low sell high, gold is always a good investment, stay away from property at the moment, that sort of thing. Ever since I saw Trading Places I’ve had this incredible insight into how the markets work.

EMC Cork Caricatures, Part the First!

These are some of the caricatures I prepared for a staff competition in EMC Cork. I was there for their Diversity Day activities, including world foods and dance demonstrations. Thankfully I remained sitting and no-one lost any eyes or toes.
The staff had to guess which of the bosses the caricatures were. It wasn’t too hard and they got great laughs!

I was in the Connemara Coast Hotel last week. The hotel had an evening for organisations that have put business their way in the past year, with a band, food drinks and caricature artist!
