I&#039;d say it&#039;s a similar case to this one: a &quot;design&quot; studio sold it on to River Island. Do post it and I&#039;ll write about it here too.
As for the duck pic, invoice for the going rate, plus a bit more as it was published without permission. Red Mum&#039;s had this happen a few times as well I think.</description>

		<description>It happens all the time. One of my photos was used by River Island on one of their tshirts last year. I never got around to pursuing it and the tshirt itself is now gone from their collection.
