That's really shit. I'd imagine it's not too late to pursue it even if it's gone from their collection. I'd say it's a similar case to this one: a "design" studio sold it on to River Island. Do post it and I'll write about it here too. As for the duck pic, invoice for the going rate, plus a bit more as it was published without permission.
