This canvas signing board was created for a wedding in June of this year. I included their 2 “fur babies”- their golden retriever and grey tabby cat! They were an absolute must for inclusion in the board. This couple loves to travel so I’ve also added a bulging suitcase in the background. They’re big cinema fans and if you look closely you’ll see 2 cinema tickets in the groom’s breast pocket!
The bride is a midwife so I’ve made a nod to that too. She’s a fan of cooking and baking so she’s got some heart-shaped baked goods on her baking tray. The groom is a woodwork teacher (hence the hand-drill) and a part time dairy farmer so some cows are making a guest appearance in the background! He was also a GAA football player so I’ve included a GAA football in the foreground. You can see the finished piece waiting for the signatures below!
