Guest Signing Board for Weddings: here’s another one of my unique caricature signing boards for weddings! Hand drawn by a human artist these signing boards are a great way to capture the memories of the wedding day through the messages of your guests around a humourous portrait of the newlywed couple! This particular signing board was for a wedding in Kerry earlier this year. It features the couples’ love of tennis, and also making an appearance are their baby daughter and their pet dog! It went down a treat with the guests on the day, getting many laughs and comments!
Some suppliers use a foam board which is lightweight and rigid but less durable and aesthetically pleasing than canvas, which is what I use for my signing boards. The canvas is printed by The Canvas Works in Kinsale (highly recommended for all your canvas printing needs, ask for Patrick and tell him Allan sent you!) using the Epson Surecolor P9000 series of printers. These fine art printers use Epson’s Ultra Chrome HDX 10 colour ink set for superior light fastness and a wide colour gamut. The canvas is then stretched on a 40x60cm wooden frame that can be free standing or wall mounted. Canvases are delivered by express post to your door by tracked delivery from An Post. The Canvas Frames come from sustainable sources in the Baltic States and are made from kiln-dried pine.
You also receive 2 x black Sharpie markers for your guests to use on the day when they sign your Wedding Guest Signing Board.
