The couple are involved in road haulage so wanted an image of the truck-driving bride chasing the groom! Their names are placed above the windscreen and the date of the wedding was on the number plate. The lorry is based on a real lorry they provided photos of but they wanted the bride and groom to be cartoon characters rather than caricatures of themselves. I bent the lorry’s shape to create the impression of speed and movement. I really liked how this turned out and it was a fun image to draw!
