Canvas Signing Boards for Weddings!

Canvas signing boards for weddings are a unique, fun, and highly personalised alternative to wedding guestbooks. I create a caricature from your photos and descriptions of dresses/suits, your hobbies, work, pets, (or any other reference you’d like included!) The newlyweds pictured are a teacher and electrician respectively, as you can probably ascertain! I’ve drawn everything you can imagine as background details at this stage, from Muppets to Transformers, engine blocks to beauty sets, and shuttlecocks to sliotars! The wedding venue is frequently included too. Signposts with where you’re both from are another popular option. It’s really up to you! Simply ask when you’ve ordered. (If it’s your favourite teddy from your childhood, long gone to teddybear heaven, you might need to supply a description if it’s not readily found online!)

Canvas Signing Boards for Weddings: The Process

You can order a canvas signing board for your wedding from the drop down menu on my order page. Card payments are taken securely via Stripe. I will then contact you for photos, hairstyles, descriptions or photos of what you’re wearing, names and date of wedding, and any references you’d like included.

Once the caricature is completed it is uploaded to my friends in the Canvas Works in Kinsale, who print your caricature directly on to high quality canvas, which is mounted on a wooden stretcher. This is then delivered straight to your wedding reception venue with instructions on how to display, and pens for the guests to sign with. It brings many a laugh as your guests sign their best wishes to you. It’s then yours to keep and treasure forever!
