Galway’s been experiencing a lot of strange cloying fogs as of late. I took this a few weeks ago near Parkavara, the fog hung about a foot deep above the water, unmoving but for the occasional tendril that crept up on a breeze.

It’s an eerie scene all right. Easy to imagine a Jack (or John Joe) The Ripper type lurking along that stretch.
