Wedding Guestbook Alternative – Caricature Signing Board: here’s another of my canvas wedding signing boards that shipped a little while ago. For my wedding signing boards I create a gentle caricature of the couple in their wedding attire surrounded a collage of their hobbies and interests. In this case the couple love going to concerts & travelling, especially to Italy, so I have a cascade of concert tickets falling about them, and two suitcases packed for Italy. The groom loves whiskey in fancy tumbler glasses while the bride loves red wine and both of these beverages are drafted in the drawing! The groom is also a Munster rugby fan so I’ve included a Munster rugby ball. I’ve drawn the groom in his purple 2 piece suit with a purple tie, dark purple belt, dark brown dress shoes & silver Munster rugby cufflinks. The bride wore a white dress with off the shoulder sleeves with an overskirt that goes to the ground and a slit on the leg, and glitter heels which I have reproduced in the drawing. In the background is a signpost for Dublin and Waterford.
The customer was very happy with the finished piece!
