This Castle Durrow wedding in Laois was my port of call a couple of weeks ago for the big day of Colleen and Colm. It’s such a lovely venue, but years since I’ve done a wedding there and it was great to be back. The staff are so friendly and when I arrived one of the managers had set up an area for me in advance. There were lots of Derry and Donegal people among the guests so I felt right at home. As with many Irish weddings these days there was an Australian contingent there too. Two hours passes quickly when you’re having fun, and as you can see from the live caricature photos below there was a lot of fun in this wedding drinks reception!
