Limerick Wedding Entertainment: this weekend saw me cross the welcoming threshold of the family-run Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel Adare, Co. Limerick. It’s a couple of years since I was down there and it was great to be back as it’s a really wonderful venue in a tranquil green setting just outside of Adare, and it was a beautiful sunny day for the wedding. The Woodlands Hotel even has a pet farm and it’s always lovely to see the faces of delighted kids visiting the animals and birds!
Inside the hotel the wedding drinks reception takes place in the brightly daylit reception area, and I set up right in the middle of the action, taking care to work out if the direction of the sun is going to make me or my sitters squint wherever I set up! I have a nice little niche behind one of the long couchs where it’s bright but not dazzling, at least until I reveal my wedding caricatures to my sitters!

Each caricature you see below took just 4 minutes and the paper is printed with the couple’s names and the date of the wedding. As you can see from the reactions my live wedding caricatures go down a treat, getting a huge laugh from my sitters and the spectators!
