Retirement Gifts for IT Professionals: this caricature was a retirement gift for the pictured gentleman from his work colleagues and was completed late last year. It features an alpaca readying its foot for a kick. The pictured chap had a viral video encounter after he received a swift kick from an alpaca (you can find it by searching for “Cork Alpaca farmer kicked”)! He’s also the Ballinhassig AFC Chairman & Crystal Palace Fan so I’ve included him holding a folder with the Ballinhassig AFC logo, and there’s a football with the Crystal Palace logo on it. He’s a keen swimmer so there’s a pair of wet goggles nearby. He was described by his colleagues as their IT Guru so I’ve put that on his laptop! Finally there’s in inscription on the drawing wishing him well on his retirement from his colleagues in work.
My caricatures are drawn to order and are a unique and fun way to mark a retirement. Each caricature is hand drawn based on photos supplied by the customer and included references are based on ideas supplied by the customer too. My caricature gifts are highly customisable (not my first alpaca but the first one with such a backstory!) so if it’s a beloved pet or a particular breed of cow I can include it!
