Wedding Guest Signature Board: pictured above is one of my wedding guest signature boards that went all the way to Spain last year! It features the bride and grooms’ careers and interests, The bride’s is a graphic designer who also likes to bake, and is a big Liverpool fan! The groom is a marketing manager and supports Aston Villa. This couple loves to travel and they enjoy many cuisines around the world (I’ve drawn a big suitcase with oversized cutlery sticking out to depict this!). The background depicts the wedding venue of Finca Son Mir in Spain. There’s also signposts for Dublin and Bray!

Ordering a Wedding Guest Signature Board
You can order the signing board via my order caricatures online page here. You should order at least a month before your wedding, but the ideal timeframe is 2 months notice if you can manage it! Once you order a signature board from me I will send you a form to collect the details you’d like included in the caricature including hobbies and interests of the kind you can see depicted above. You then email me recent high resolution head and shoulder photos which will serve as a basis for the caricature likenesses. The caricature is drawn digitally in Procreate for iPad. Once the artwork is complete it is uploaded to The CanvasWorks in Kinsale for printing. Here the caricature artwork is printed on high-quality canvas and then mounted on a 60x40cm wooden stretcher frame. The stretcher frame has a built-in hook so your piece can be hung straight away when you get it home! The wedding guest signature board comes with free pens and delivery.
Displaying your Wedding Guest Signature Board on the Day
Ideally your signing board and pens should be displayed during your drinks reception for the guests to sign, and moved into the dining room during the meal in case anyone missed it during the drinks reception. Once you’ve gotten all the signatures I suggest you put it away for safe keeping because it can be hard to keep track of everything as the night wears on!
