Athlone Wedding Entertainment: another Irish wedding venue I make frequent appearances in is Athlone’s Shamrock Lodge Hotel! One of the many great Irish midlands wedding venues I’m always made feel extra welcome here, and I even have my “spot”! There’s a lovely area outside the main bar where they serve teas, coffees, and finger food and it’s that ideal location of being central to the action while allowing an audience to form to watch my fast funny caricatures of my sitters appear on the page. When I have an audience like that there is no shortage of sitters as people get visibly excited about taking part and getting their own piece of commemorative caricature art from the wedding! Each couple you see in the photo gallery below was drawn in just 4 minutes or less. Some of the reactions I got that day when I did my big reveal of the caricature drawings were highly memorable!
