Kilshane House Wedding Entertainment: some of the fun from this wedding in one of the most amazing drinks reception venues in Ireland, The Orangerie in Kilshane House Tipperary! It’s the most romantic space for the first wave of post-wedding entertainment with its fountains and musical accompaniment from the birds in the aviary! I absolutely adore this quirky private venue with its humorous signposts dotted around the premises, and the atmosphere in this splendid place really has to be experienced to be believed! Definitely one of my favourite venues and I look forward to my next time there.
Each caricature you see here took just 4 minutes and the A3 paper is printed with the newlywed bride’s and groom’s names and the date of their wedding. Kilshane House History
Originally, it belonged to Dermot McCarthy who was the King of Munster at the time of the Anglo-Norman invasion in Ireland in 1171. By the year 1776, the estate had grown to 9,000 acres. In 1715, one member of this family emigrated to France along with other Irish men who became known as the “Wild Geese”. See more on its history here.
