I had a wonderful time creating live caricature art for the guests of Yvonne and Caroline in Carton House Hotel in Maynooth at the weekend. In 2 hours I can create 40-50 likenesses on A3 paper printed with the couples’ names and the date of their wedding. It’s an excellent keepsake for guests of the big day and an hilarious focal point during the drinks reception. Live caricature: here’s a real-time video of me drawing a wedding guest in the Oriel House Hotel Cork last Saturday. Each face takes under 3 minutes and you can get a good idea of the process from this video. She was very happy with it! It’s a great ice-breaker for your guests when they arrive in the hotel and really gets the fun going for the day. I had a lovely review from the couple whose big day it was too!
