In a change to the regular signing board wedding gear I got to draw this couple in their fire-fighting protective clothing! Whenever their beepers go off they hop on their bikes to get to the fire station so thought it would be fun to have them on a tandem bike belting along as their beepers go off! I gave them a glass of champagne of course as it was their wedding day. They’ve both got military backgrounds as well hence the tank reference in the background.

The groom is a big fan of his motorbike and the couple thought it would be a fun image to have him whisking his bride off her feet on the ‘bike on the way to their big day!
