Noah's Ark cartoon by www.sackstudio.com I winced when I saw this cartoon on Cagle’s Cartoon Index because it was followed immediately by Noah's Ark Cartoon by Marshall Ramsey
This is exactly what every editorial cartoonist lives in fear of: that someone, somewhere, has had the same idea as you. If anything drives a cartoonist it is to be distinct by virtue of originality. This is an example of convergence.

Macnas Parade Cancelled

Macnas Duck Costume Design I’m really disappointed to read that the Macnas Parade won’t be happening this year during the Arts Festival. I had my suspicions that something like this was coming but it’s still a blow when it comes.

Storyboard for a Short Film on YouTube

This is a storyboard for a short film I worked on with some friends last year. They’re due to start shooting it in May having secured some funding, so I popped it up on YouTube. I’m going to put up the trailer they made when I get my hands on it, and hopefully the finished short. It’ll be interesting to see the page-to-screen process.
