Fota House Wedding Entertainment: despite it taking me 4 hours from Galway to Cork I made it in time for this Fota House Cork wedding and the place shook to the Doric columns with laughter! (I don’t know if it has Doric columns but I thought that set the scene very well.) Fota House is located on the grounds of Fota Wildlife Park and it was my first time there, and what a splendid venue! I had no idea it was even there despite having visited the Wildlife Park many times over the years. I did not see any lions or tigers or bears but it was extremely rainy and if I was wildlife I’d have sought shelter and not have bothered eating the bald man in the suit in the carkpark running with his equipment. It turns out Fota House is a popular spot for weddings and corporate events so of course I left my leaflets with the manager and I hope to be back soon!
