In Dublin roadworks cease in the run up to Christmas to ease traffic. In Galway, they dig up Seamus Quirke Road and Mill Street causing traffic chaos. Seamus Quirke Road is one of the main arteries linking the east and west of the city. Nicely timed you planks.
